If pressing Ctrl+Shift+Reload doesn't refresh the status colors, it may be due to one of the following issues:

1. License Validation: Check if the license for the app is properly validated. If the license is invalid or expired, the status color feature might not work.

2. Customer Atlassian Site Configuration: If you are using a custom Atlassian site or a non-standard configuration, this could interfere with the app's functionality. Ensure the site is properly configured to support the app's features.
